| Roles & Responsibilities | 1.Technical support to the sales & design team regarding URS, Technical details of components, Quotation drawings etc. 2.Preparation and checking of quotation Drawings. 3.General assembly drawing, 4.Pipeline and instrumentation drawing, 5.Room layout, 6.Platform drawing 7.3d drawings 8.URS Compliance sheet. 9.Weight calculations, utility consumptions and other calculation parts. 10. Factory note (important points regarding job) 11. Project planning sheet. 12. Slope drawings 13. Discussion with client regarding URS through mail, phone call and visit at client end. 14. Visit to client end for room layout and overall project discussion. 15. Should have knowledge of ASME SECTION VIII DIV 1; 2, BPE 31.3, Pipe schedules, API STANDARDS etc., 16. Should have knowledge of cGMP standards. 17. Discussion with vendors for product application and its details. 18. Provide machine status to clients by making excel sheet. 19. Take daily work reports from team members. |
