| Roles & Responsibilities | 1) Planning and Managing logistics- Local, Interstate & Export 2) Keep track of quality, quantity delivery times & transport costs 3) Follow-up & get the receipt of Material Delivered (GRN) 4) Resolve any arising problems or complaints or any short supply 5) Develop & Maintain relationship with Transporters. 6) Preparing & maintaining all the documents for dispatch (DC, packing list & Tagging) 7) Maintaining, Entry of Transporter Vendor invoices & Bill Pass 8) Transportation Vendor Ledger Reconciliation every month. 9) Weekly report on PO raised and bills entered for Transportation to be submitted to Purchase Head for review on Saturday |
