Roles & ResponsibilitiesThe Human Resource Department performs various activities.
1.Such as processing, and maintaining salary details of every employee in the organization.
2.keeping track of deductions, time and attendances, loans, allowance, and bonuses.
3.Candidates must know how to generate challans like PF, ESIC, and PT Return, Ensuring timelines are met for salary disbursement and statutory compliance.
4.Ensuring EmployeeBenefits including employee reimbursements as per rules and regulations of income tax.
5.Responsible for MIS and analytics regarding payroll and employee benefits with standardization of reports for better decision-making.
6.Collecting daily, weekly or monthly timesheets
7.Calculating bonuses and allowances
8.Preparing employees’ compensation by the end of each month using payroll software
9.Proven work experience as a Payroll Officer, Payroll Clerk, or similar role
10.Strong math skills with an ability to spot numerical errors
11.Good knowledge of labor legislation
12.Time-management skills
13.Ability to handle confidential information
14.Tally expert, in mail drafting and fluent English
