6. Ability to take complete ownership and innovate on a given task.
7. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)
Roles & Responsibilities1. Talent Acquisition for the group company.
2. Finalization of HR Manual.
3. Performance Management System to the implemented.
4. Taking care of onboarding process of new employees.
5. Preparing MIS reports related to HR.
6. Mapping our competitors related to HR.
7. Working on GMC of the group and taking care of the renewal of the same.
8. Vendor Management related to Admin activities.
9. F&F process implementation and to be followed.
10. Compensation & Benefits, Rewards & Recognition.
11. Birthday Celebration/Wishes of CapitalSquare Group.
12. Client database of CapitalSquare group for Festival & Birthday wishes.
13. Leave Policy and Local travel policy to me implemented and taken care.
14. All the letters, from Appointment letter to Relieving letter of all the employees to be
issued.
15. Taking care of all the administrative activity.
