| Roles & Responsibilities | 1. Knowledge on Utility design, selection & implementation (Generation, distribution, installation, commissioning and Qualification of plant machinery equipment ) 2. Operations of Air Compressor, Chillers, Boiler, Air Handling Units (AHUs), Cooling Tower etc. 3. Review of URS, FAT, SAT, DQ, IQ, OQ, SOPs, qualification documents. 4. Should be able to manage QMS (change control, Deviation, CAPA) and training management. 5. To perform the gap assessment of engineering operation and to identify the compliance issues 6. Experience in projects design & engineering pertaining to Pharmaceutical / Biotech / chemical/ process / other industry 7. Maintain client relations on specific projects; support and coordinate with the team leader on various project activities 8. A Self-starter, with proven energy and initiative in overcoming obstacles, and the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize with minimal supervision 9. Knowledge of engineering design, parameters, design standards, codes, and calculations . 10. Able to read and interpret technical drawings and provide improvement suggestions as per the requirements 11.Management skill – Should have handled Pharma/ Biotech project 12.Good working knowledge of documentation required for Pharma / Biotech/ process/ chemical facilities 13. P&IDs for plant Utilities like Chilled water, Hot water, Compressed air, LDO, HSD, Nitrogen, Cooling water, 14. Clean Utility p&ID like Purified water, WFI and Pure Steam. 15.Modeling on 3D software. 16. Project Co-ordination with project Team & Client. |
