| Roles & Responsibilities | 1.Check Technical specification of items of BOQ and other commercial terms and conditions. 2.Prepare the material data sheet and submit for approval. 3.Update the material data sheets and take corrective action. 4.Prepare working drawings and get the same approved from Consultants/PMC/Architects. 5.Prepare bar-chart and monitor the progress. 6.Schedule the flow of material to site and keep tracking. 7.Find out technical changes suggested or happening at site due to various technical reasons incorporating at site. 8.Scheduling and Planning of day to day work. 9.Take a corrective preventive action. 10.Manage the resources. 11.Support compliance of IMS documentation. 12.Follow standard operating procedures. 13.Ensure completion of the project in time with proper drawing submitted at right time with total customer satisfaction. |
