Roles & Responsibilities | 1. Should be skilled at organizing and solving problems. 2. Set priority of work by discussed with management. 3. Find vendors and make comparison sheets. 4. Release PO to vendor with proper terms and conditions, payment and delivery terms by interacting with purchase and admin department. 5.Give instructions on mail to purchase and accounts department for payment requisitions. 6. Take follow up from admin and accounts departments for balance payments of vendors. 7. Collect all require drawings from planning and design team then provide data and instructions to 3D external and internal walkthrough vendors. 8. Recognize and solve the problems by discussed with vendors. Give deadlines to vendors and take follow up accordingly |
